I like shopping here when I need a new pair of shoes. The many times I have come here, I have never have had an issue until 4/27/2016. One of the associates was angrily throwing boxes on floor and mumbling something about people leaving shoes on floor. I understand that, but at least you have something to do on a slow day. I decided to ask him for help and saw him roll his eyes. Made me want to say if he doesn't like his job, well then he doesn't have to be there. You look better organizing boxes and helping customers than standing next to the cashier gossiping and texting and not letting her concentrate while she is checking customers out. Which he was doing after he finished organizing his boxes.
One guy was leaning up against a ahelf watching TV. When I approached him about a product's inventory...he loudly sighed and juat said "No." He sidnt even bother to try to help me in ANY way.

I was on Saturday in this shop has the worst customer service I was here on October 2 wing 8:52 pm I am asking for help to look for a shoes and the employees doing stories in the registers this employee is not attentive the calls of the clients I think they should work more and not be in a group as they are doing it they have to be the best to the client so that the client is satisfied and can return and that he can recommend the service of the store and much box lying in the uncomfortable hall to walk where you can count on 6 employees and no one can go and assist a customer that you look at is that these employees need to be trained to serve customers
Then there was another guy at the register sitting ON the counter playing on his phone.
Piss poor customer service. God forbid a custoner walks in and needs assistance. What I saw was pure laziness.
